Support our Congregation

Congregation Etz Chaim depends on the generous donations from our members, friends, and extended family of our members. Dues alone will not support all the good works we do. There are many opportunities to support our congregation. You can sponsor an Oneg (Friday night service refreshments) or a Kiddush lunch (after Saturday morning services). You can purchase a leaf on the Tree of Life in the lobby in honor or memory of someone. You can purchase a plaque on our memorial board. You can also donate to several funds:

- The Daniel Wander Education Fund - supports extracurricular activities in our Hebrew School

- The Carrie Fisher Capitol Improvement Fund - supports building improvement and beautification projects

- The Isabel Buyer-Howard & Harriet Katz Lecture Series - supports adult education programs

- Our General Fund - supports immediate ongoing operations of our Congregation

- Rabbi's Discretionary Fund - Given directly to Rabbi Levy to be used as he deems necessary.  Checks should be made out to "Rabbi Levy's Discretionary Fund"

- Cornerstone Fund - a long term investment in our congregation.  Read more about our Cornerstone Fund
