Meet the Steinberg Family

Sometimes it is hard to fit in when you have a child with special needs.  That was not the case at Congregation Etz Chaim.  My son was born with Down Syndrome, and he is thriving at the Hebrew school.  We do not feel pressured that he has to reach unrealistic expectations for his Bar Mitzvah, but he has exceeded our expectations.  This is mostly due to the teachers and our Rabbi.
